3. Content Ownership
You own your content. By posting, you grant us a license to use it for service purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, software, and logos belong to Neelra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
5. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may be paid. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We may modify pricing at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss or damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Neelra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse or violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts of Noida, India.
