Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Commitment
At Pinaak, we are committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any form of content, activity, or behavior that promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
2. Definition
In line with Google Play's CSAE policy, CSAE includes but is not limited to: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming of minors for sexual purposes, sexualization of minors in any form, and trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation involving minors.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Pinaak:
- Uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM or exploitative content.
- Using chat, comments, or other communication features to groom, exploit, or solicit minors.
- Linking to external sources that contain CSAE material.
- Monetization or distribution of CSAE content in any manner.
4. Reporting & Enforcement
Any CSAE-related content or activity will result in immediate removal and account termination. We report detected CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies as required.
5. Detection & Moderation
We employ content moderation measures (manual review, automated detection, and reporting mechanisms) to identify and prevent CSAE. Users can report suspected CSAE directly within the app or by emailing us at hello@pinaak.co.
6. Zero Tolerance
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE. Any violation leads to strict enforcement actions, including suspension and permanent bans.
